Job Description Founders Office (CFO):

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical professional to join the Founders Office, working closely with the CFO on strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. The role offers significant exposure across business functions and requires a combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, driving cross-functional initiatives, and supporting key decision-making processes for the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a thought partner to the CFO on strategic, financial, and operational priorities.

- Support the CFO in driving key business initiatives, investor discussions, and organizational priorities.

- Conduct financial analysis, financial modelling, and business performance evaluations to support decision-making.

- Support fundraising, investor relations, and manage due diligence

- Analyze business trends, unit economics, profitability, and operational KPIs.

- Prepare management presentations, business reviews, board materials, and strategic updates.

- Track and drive execution of key strategic initiatives across departments.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of critical projects.

- Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 35 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, founders office, or strategy roles.

- Strong understanding of financial statements and business analysis

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation.

- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
