Job Description :
The role is for Truva (www.truva.in) - a series B company into innovative real estate marketplace.
The role is based out of their HQ - Powai, Mumbai and its a work from office role.
CTC : 30-35 Lakhs + ESOP upto 25-30 Lakhs
The role is to work with the 3 founders closely on company wide initiatives
WHAT YOULL DO :
- Implement org building initiatives
- Implement systems for company expansion of 3 Micro Markets to 10.
- Lead and manage key cross functional projects
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other key documents for executive meetings, board sessions and fundraising.
WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS :
- 2 - 3 years of overall professional experience in Founders office role is mandatory
- Overall max upto 5-6 years experience
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- High motivation to build a growing organization
- Familiarity with startup environments is a plus.
