About this role:
Were now strengthening our Founders Office - Growth / GTM function and are Looking for a senior operator who can partner closely with leadership to scale our go-to-market engine with rigour.
This is a high-impact Founders Office role, working as an extension of the founders to scale Zenskars GTM motion.
You will own the GTM strategy, execution rigour, and cross-functional alignment, with a sharp Focus on scaling systems, teams, and outcomes - not direct customer ownership.
As a leader, you will also co-own the outcomes from a team of 15+ across BDR and revops teams and play an active role in managing the team. You will hire, mentor, and scale a multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs).
Youll work closely with founders and GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product and Engineering to ensure our GTM engine scales efficiently, predictably, and repeatably.
What you will be doing:
You will act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM and scaling initiatives end-to-end: from strategy to execution to operating cadence.
GTM Strategy & Execution:
- Own the end-to-end ABM motion, unifying outbound, brand, and partnerships into a cohesive GTM flywheel.
- ICP evolution and segmentation
- Account and lead book rigour
- Messaging frameworks and multi-channel experimentation
- Automation for precision and scale
- Diagnose and unblock funnel bottlenecks using data-driven analysis in partnership with channel owners.
- Translate ambitious growth targets into:
- Clear operating cadences
- Dashboards and metrics
- First-principles optimisation loops
- Drive daily pipeline reviews, stand-ups, and execution cadences across outbound and RevOps
- Evolve reporting, playbooks, and metrics to enable real-time iteration and 10x scale.
Building & Leading GTM Teams
- Hire, mentor, and scale multi-layer GTM teams (managers + ICs).
- Instil execution rigour, accountability, and ownership across functions.
- Raise the operating bar across GTM through process, clarity, and cadence.
Founders Office Responsibilities:
- Support founders with structured problem-solving, research, and analysis for strategic decisions.
- Prepare briefs, narratives, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
- Drive follow-through on critical initiatives with speed and accountability.
- Step in wherever required to move the business forward - especially in moments of ambiguity or transition.

Background & Qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Founders Office, GTM, strategy, consulting, startups, VC, or ex-founder roles
- Prior experience building and leading GTM teams, including a 2-level team management
- Strong first-principles thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Strong project management skills and proactiveness
- Experience in 01 or 110 GTM journeys
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable working in US time zones (up to midnight IST as needed)
