Role:

- This is a Founder's Office role, working directly with the founders to drive execution across business, growth, and sales.

- You will operate as an extension of the founders, owning high-priority initiatives end-to-end, from shaping direction to running execution to tracking outcomes. This role is designed for strong generalists with a growth mindset who can move fast, think in numbers, and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

- Owning and executing founder-priority initiatives across growth, sales, GTM, and business operations

- Driving growth initiatives across acquisition, activation, and conversion, working closely with product and marketing

- Supporting and running parts of founder-led sales, including customer conversations, pilots, and deal execution

- Building and maintaining dashboards, funnels, and metrics to run initiatives with clear accountability

- Running experiments across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, PLG) and doubling down on what works

- Managing cross-functional execution across product, growth, sales, and external partners

- Turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and shipping outcomes quickly

What You'll Bring:

- 3-5 years of experience in startups or startup-adjacent roles such as Founder's Office, growth, product, business development, or early GTM

- Strong analytical thinking with comfort owning metrics, funnels, and outcomes

- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in fast-moving environments

- Experience working closely with founders or leadership teams

- Exposure to B2B SaaS, GenAI, or 0- 1 products is a strong plus

- IIT / BITS / IIM background preferred but not mandatory

Location: In-office, Bengaluru

Compensation

Above-market compensation with meaningful ESOPs.
