Role Overview:
This Founders Office - Business Development role sits at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and product. It is designed for a highly driven, execution-oriented individual who will work closely with the founders to drive growth initiatives from idea to execution.
The role involves direct exposure to sales, customer conversations, market strategy, and early revenue building, with the opportunity to gradually take ownership of founder-led initiatives. It offers a front-row seat to how an AI-first B2B company is built and scaled.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Revenue:
- Support founders in executing the sales pipeline and closing founder-introduced deals
- Convert high-intent inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Gradually take ownership of early-stage sales cycles and customer relationships
- Build and refine sales frameworks, pitch decks, proposals, and pricing models
- Identify target customer segments and build a qualified sales pipeline
Strategy & Execution:
- Work with founders to identify new revenue opportunities and business lines
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer profiling
- Track key business metrics and contribute to defining KPIs and operating processes
- Document learnings to build sales playbooks and repeatable growth systems
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine positioning and messaging
Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in business development, growth, strategy, consulting, private equity, VC, or other data-driven roles
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in ambiguous environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bias for action and comfort operating with minimal structure
- Prior exposure to startups, fintech, or B2B SaaS is a plus
- Preferred (but not mandatory): MBA or undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
