About the Role

We are looking for a high-agency, analytically strong Founder's Office Associate to work directly with the founding team. This role is designed for someone who wants a front-row seat to building a consumer brand in India's fast-growing personal care market. You will operate as a force multiplier-owning strategic initiatives, driving execution, and solving ambiguous problems across functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with founders on strategy, planning, and execution across business functions

- Drive 0- 1 and 1- 10 projects including product launches, go-to-market strategies, and new category exploration

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform decisions

- Build and manage business dashboards, financial models, and performance tracking systems

- Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, operations, and supply chain

- Identify bottlenecks and independently solve high-impact problems

- Support investor communication, fundraising materials, and reporting when required

Who Should Apply

- MBA graduate from a top-tier institute (IIM preferred)

- 0-3 years of experience in consulting, startups, FMCG, or high-growth environments

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability

- High ownership mindset with the ability to execute fast in ambiguous environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Comfort with data (Excel/Sheets, basic financial modeling; SQL is a plus)

- Genuine interest in consumer brands / personal care / D2C space in India
