Job Title: Founder Associate / EA to the CEO
Location: Bangalore
Type: Full-Time
The Mission
She is not only the co-founder and CEO, she is also the Scientific Head of the company, engaged in biological and scientific decision making of the company. She is currently juggling product strategy, day-to-day operations, business and commercial strategy, and will soon enter into active customer engagement and fundraising. Your mission is to take 50% of the non-strategic weight off her plate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Enablement (The "Right Hand"):
- Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. You will draft emails, prep briefing notes, and handle sensitive inquiries with professional poise.
- Day-to-day operations: Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations including accounting and book-keeping, co-ordinating with different teams and ensuring all items are checked off in the CEO's list of To-Dos.
- Travel & Logistics: Handle end-to-end travel for conferences and fundraising roadshows.
2. Startup Operations (The "Gap-Filler")
- Fundraising Support: Maintain the Investor Data Room (organizing pitch decks, legal docs, and cap tables) and track follow-ups after VC meetings.
- People & Culture: Own the "small things that matter"-onboarding new hires, organizing team offsites, celebrating birthdays/milestones, and managing the office space.
- Special Projects: Take on "Version 1.0" of tasks that don't have a home yet-like researching a new AI tool to ensure that the company operates at maximum efficiency, preparing Board of Directors presentations, conducting market research, etc.
3. Meeting Mastery
- Attend meetings, capture raw ideas, and turn them into actionable tasks.
- Prepare agendas, take concise minutes during executive meetings, and-most importantly-track action items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hold the team accountable for deadlines set by the CEO.
Who You Are
- High Agency: You don't wait for a manual. If you don't know how to do something, you Google it, watch a YouTube video, and get it done.
- The "Swiss Army Knife": You are comfortable jumping from a spreadsheet to a flight booking to a catering order in the span of 30 minutes.
- Hyper-Organized: You are the person who finds "calm in the chaos." You have a system for everything.
- Low Ego: You're happy to handle a coffee run or a dry-cleaning pickup if it saves the
- CEO 30 minutes, but you're also smart enough to sit in on a board meeting.
- Exceptional Comprehension and Communication Skills: You do not need more than a few words to understand an assigned task and you can communicate in great detail to get the message across in a crystal clear manner.

- Experience 2-4 years in a high-growth startup, agency, or demanding admin role.
- Tech Savvy Expert in Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) to speed up workflows.
- Availability Startups don't always keep 9-to-5 hours. You're reachable when the stakes are high.
- Discretion You will see the bank balance and the hiring/firing plans. Discretion is non-negotiable.
