- Our mission is to revolutionize how fans interact with movies through immersive, AI-powered experiences that enhance excitement, community, and retention around film releases.
- We've already onboarded a big-banner Telugu movie, marking a strong start in collaborating with top names in the industry.
- As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic, driven, and sharp individual to join us as a key member of the Founder's Office.
- In this role, you'll work directly with the founder as their right hand, taking ownership across core functions - from operations and growth to client success and team building.
- It's a highly versatile position where you'll help onboard new and existing clients, gather product feedback, manage social media, support hiring, coordinate with agencies, and step in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward.
What You'll Do:
- This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where you'll help shape the company from the ground up.
- Operational Support: Own and execute day-to-day business operations and help the founder manage priorities.
- Client Success & Onboarding: Lead onboarding for new production houses, creators, and partners, while actively managing relationships with existing clients.
- Gather feedback, ensure ongoing success, and help maximize the value they get from our platform.
- Project Management: Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and tech teams to keep projects on track.
- Hiring & Culture: Assist in hiring, screening candidates, and contributing to building a strong, values-driven culture.
- Marketing & Social Media: Own our early social media presence, helping us build a brand voice and online community.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support the founder with research, presentations, investor decks, and strategic planning.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, operations, growth, or similar), ideally in a similar role - or an ex-founder eager to be part of another startup's growth journey.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, High ownership and the ability to get things done independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable.
