The Opportunity
This role will be the strategic right hand of the Founder, operating at the intersection of critical business functions. This role will provide strategic and financial leverage to the Founder, managing internal and external communications, optimizing organizational efficiency, and ensuring the seamless execution of key initiatives that drive the schools growth.
We are looking for someone who can bring a financially astute and growth-oriented perspective to the Founders office.
Core Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner and extended arm of the Founder. Orchestrate and spearhead high-priority projects across the institution, demanding clarity, speed, and strict accountability for defined ROI.
- Streamline day-to-day operations and robust internal processes, to ensure efficient collaboration, and communication.
- Support the development and track strategic initiatives and ensure progress against long-term goals.
- Act as a critical liaison between the Founder, the leadership team, and key external stakeholders (like potential investors and industry partners), driving alignment and ensuring timely decision-making.
- Support capital planning, partnerships, and ecosystem-building efforts where required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with at least a 2 year stint in wealth/ equities/ Investments.
- MBA from a top tier institute.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and work at high velocity.
