About the role
You will own our online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and quick- commerce apps (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket). You'll drive profitable growth, craft high- impact listings, mine data for insights, keep inventory lean, and work with marketing, finance and supply teams to hit aggressive targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own marketplace P&L: set budgets, track margins, and manage promotions.
- Optimize product pages: write compelling titles, descriptions, and A+ content.
- Monitor performance: analyze sales, traffic, and conversion metrics daily.
- Manage fulfillment: oversee Amazon FBA, Flipkart FBB, and quick- commerce processes.
- Forecast and replenish inventory to prevent stockouts or overstock.
- Coordinate product launches and campaigns with marketing, supply chain, and finance.
- Negotiate with platform partners for prime placement and campaign slots.
- Design and execute platform- specific promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Develop short- and long- term e- commerce strategies to expand reach and revenue.
