We are currently hiring for Founder's office role for leading D2C brand , based out of Mumbai ( Prabhadevi location).

Type - Work from office , 5 days

Role : This job role is a dynamic, strategic position working directly with a company's CXO's to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include strategy formulation and implementation, cross-functional project management (e.g., product launches, partnerships), performance tracking (OKRs, metrics), and identifying and fixing inefficiencies across the organization.

The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a high degree of accountability, a bias for action, and the ability to adapt in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Operations: Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and execute them end-to-end.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align and drive deliverables across various teams, such as product, tech, marketing, and operations.

- Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, providing reports and data-driven insights.

- Business Development & Investor Relations: Assist with fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and strategic partnerships.

- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline operations, and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.

- Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc initiatives to support key business priorities, serving as a representative for the founder in their absence.

Key Skills & Qualities:

- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify opportunities and formulate strategies for company growth.

- Execution & Problem-Solving: Hands-on involvement in implementing plans and finding solutions to complex challenges.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis and using insights to support decision-making.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Accountability & Ownership: Taking full responsibility for projects and driving them to completion.

- Adaptability: Thriving in an environment with uncertainty, a lack of clear information, and constant change.

- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for managing relationships with people across different functions.

Skills and Experience:

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in strategy, chief of staff, , Founder's office or executive support roles.

- Education : An MBA(Tier 1 Institute) from a reputable institution

- Cross-functional exposure: Demonstrated experience working across different functional areas like product, marketing, sales, legal, and finance.

- High Agency & Initiative: Proactive, taking ownership and responsibility for tasks
