About the role
We are looking for someone who can be a true extension to the founder - someone who can think, build, and execute across growth, product, GTM and company-running. You will work directly with the founders on high-priority, ambiguous problems, with a strong focus on execution, content-led growth, and rapid experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute founder-priority initiatives across growth, product, and GTM
- Run fast-paced experiments across channels (organic, paid, partnerships, product led growth) and iterate quickly
- Drive strategic projects and partnerships for the company
- Build and drive real AI tools and transformations across processes in the company
- Identify growth opportunities and turn ambiguous ideas into shipped outcomes
What we're looking for:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in startups, Founders Office, growth, product, or early GTM roles
- Strong bias for execution over planning, you ship fast and iterate faster
- Comfortable working across content, product, and growth (not a siloed role)
- Ability to think from first principles and solve ambiguous problems independently
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS / tech ecosystem
- High ownership, high urgency, and ability to operate in unstructured environments
