Role Overview

Every founder needs a sharp problem solver by their side. The Founder's Office role is not just another job profile - it is a pivotal role at the intersection of vision and execution. This is about being the force behind the vision - the strategist, the integrator, the sounding board, and the executor who ensures big ideas turn into real impact.

As the Founder's Office, you will sit at the heart of strategy and execution:

- Scaling the organization from 1- 10;

- Turning vision into action;

- Driving focus across priorities;

- Powering decision-making with clarity;

- Orchestrating people, processes, and progress; and

- Working directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives.

In this role, you are expected to think like an operator and an owner to create leverage for the Founders and leadership team. The role is dynamic and fast-paced in nature, shaped by the Founders' priorities and the organization's growth needs. No two days look the same in this role. On any given day, you might be involved in a wide spectrum of activities, from crafting strategic plans, running leadership meetings, special projectsfor the next phase of growth of the organization to plugging gaps in the existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, undertaking market research, curating pitch decks, speaking to potential partners, ensuring alignment across teams, and solving for hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate the Founder's vision into strategy, priorities, and execution roadmaps.

- Balance high-level priorities and curate actionable plans, along with ensuring execution.

- Drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g., investor reporting, international launches, talent hiring).

- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights for charting out new initiatives.

- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, external stakeholders, and CEO regarding project updates, project requirements, proposals, planning, etc.

- Oversee new initiatives, from research to development to successful execution.

- Partner with the leadership team to conceptualize and launch new offerings.

- Facilitate cross-departmental alignment by addressing challenges, managing interdependencies, and ensuring seamless collaboration amongst team members.

- Manage people-related issues by addressing concerns and supporting resolutions.

- Data collation and report preparation and presentation before the leadership team to facilitate decision making.

Qualifications, skills and abilities:

- 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or scaling company.

- Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management.

- Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business requirements and priorities.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in managing and working with large teams.

- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.

- Effective, versatile and action oriented.

Personal Attributes:

- Visionary yet grounded - you can imagine the future but know how to execute in the present.

- Hands-on leader - equally comfortable whiteboarding the big picture and diving into execution.

- High integrity - you inspire trust by being transparent, ethical, and reliable in every decision.

- Calm under pressure - you can navigate ambiguity and crises with clarity, resilience, and

confidence.

- Empathetic and people-focused - you listen deeply, respect diverse perspectives, and put people at the heart of decisions.

- Outcome-driven - you measure success by impact, not activity, and hold yourself and your teams accountable for results.

- Lifelong learner - curious, adaptable, and always pushing yourself (and the team) to stay ahead of trends and sharpen skills.

- Collaborative mindset - you thrive on teamwork, knowing that the best solutions are built together, not in silos.

- Problem solver - you approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, turning obstacles into opportunities and always seeking implementable solutions.

What You'll Bring

- A visionary mindset with the courage to challenge conventions and the curiosity to explore what's next.

- The ability to be both a strategist and a builder-thinking long-term while rolling up your sleeves when needed.

- A deep passion for creating disruptive products that truly solve customer problems and redefine industries.

- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing startup environment.

- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to align engineering, product, business, and design into one unified mission.

- The leadership maturity to inspire, mentor, and grow diverse teams while fostering a culture of innovation and ownership.

Presolv360 is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate different experiences, and we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion at all levels of the company

Our Values

Our team embodies our eight core principles and if these principles speak to you - we would love to talk with you

- Mission Driven: We will passionately apply ourselves to serving our stakeholders, knowing if we create value for them, value will flow to our company.

- Extreme Ownership: We think and act like owners. Our focus is on building long-term value, not scoring short-term marks.

- Boldness: We want to revolutionize. Make a difference. We would rather fail at something meaningful than succeed at something trivial.

- Creating our own luck: The best way to make progress is to act.

- Economical: Efficiency is important, and we consider both the costs and benefits of our actions.

- Team-oriented: In working together, we maintain a low ego, make everyone feel welcome, assume good intent, trust one another, and seek out different perspectives. We empower our teammates to be at their best. We believe in the principle - 'support each other to grow together'.

- Challenged, but not overwhelmed: We are curious people and learning is our second name. Growth happens outside our comfort zone. We achieve our potential through consistent, manageable growth.

- Integrity: We do the right thing. When we make mistakes, we own and correct them. Everyone can count on us to act according to our values, beliefs, and principles we state we hold. This trust must never be broken. Remember, we are not in the business of disputes. We are in the business of trust.
