Forward Deployed Product Manager (Ex-Sprinklr Mandatory) | Tech Consulting | Enterprise SaaS (4-7 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager for a leading Tech Consulting company.

- Lead end-to-end product implementation for enterprise clients by translating intricate business challenges into actionable technical requirements that align with our product vision.

- Partner with cross-functional engineering and design teams to prioritize feature development based on real-world client feedback and market-specific demands.

- Manage complex client engagements by providing product expertise, conducting discovery workshops, and ensuring seamless adoption of our SaaS platform to drive long-term retention.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 4+ years of total experience.

- Must be an Ex-Sprinklr employee with at least 1+ year of experience as a Product Manager or Forward Deployed Product Manager.

- Currently working in a Tech Consulting/IT Services company as a Forward Deployed Product Manager.

- Strong experience working directly with enterprise clients in customer-facing or onsite delivery roles.

- Experience leading discovery workshops, product demos, solution reviews, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Comfortable reading API documentation, understanding system integrations and data flows, and writing SQL queries.

- Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a strong ownership mindset.

- Open to relocation based on client requirements.
