Role: Community Engagement and Business Development Leadership  Role Overview :   - The role requires the candidate to network with CHROs of large organisations and build communities around products being developed under the aegis of the client platform. These products are in the space of wellbeing.  - The role requires the candidate to develop and expand the existing Industry Forum strategy and GTM plans in accordance with the vision and long-term objectives of the Client, positioning it as a thought leader in the Wellbeing space through events and interactions.  - The candidate will be required to develop and execute the community engagement strategy for the Forums. Establish strong relationships with the influencers, innovators and thought leaders in the Health and wellness industry including corporates, Health Insurance companies, start-ups and wellness firms/individuals. Engage and support the communities in collaborative pursuits to innovate solutions for Health and Wellbeing.  Responsibilities : :   - In conjunction with the Executive team, set short and long-term objectives and strategies for the global development of the forum events, conferences and festivals.  - Develop GTM strategy and business development for the Forums, contributing towards event agendas, with input from other stakeholders.  - Solicits themes, topics and convening presenters from around the world for conference content.  - Sets up an advisory board of thought leaders for Forum inputs and direction.  - Nominates and secures speakers, moderators, and participants for Forum events.  - Serves as a public ambassador and voice on behalf of and to promote Client within the global wellness, digital, and innovation community.  - Plan, coordinate, and attend internally and externally held community development initiatives for Forum.   - Works with marketing and content teams in pre/ post-production to maximize the impact of content captured at conferences.  - Setting and managing budgets for content and delivery of local events and community engagement at their chapter level.  - Develop and execute the strategy to nurture and expand the Wellbeing community through meaningful engagement.  Candidate Background :   - Have engaged with CHROs/CXOs of leading organisations   - Should be from consulting/ HR product companies/Community Engagement
