About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for our products in the LED lighting, Cables, and Wires category. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B/B2C marketing, ATL & BTL campaigns, and product positioning in industrial and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans for LED lighting, electrical cables, and wires
- Drive channel marketing, dealer/distributor support campaigns, and trade engagement activities
- Handle ATL & BTL marketing initiatives exhibitions, branding, hoardings, brochures, stalls, and print/digital ads
- Work with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Create and manage marketing collaterals, case studies, and technical content for target audience
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to shape ongoing campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and ROI tracking of all marketing activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in industrial/B2B marketing, channel marketing, and trade engagement is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and campaign tracking software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and measure performance metrics
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Electrical/Electronics, or related field; MBA is preferred
