Responsibilities:


- Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services.

- Manage and coach a team of 34 Inside Sales/AEs, guiding them on pipeline creation and closure strategies.

- Work closely with Salesforce AEs and RVPs, becoming their trusted partner to co-sell and win accounts.

- Identify, engage, and influence C-level executives at enterprise accounts.

- Collaborate with presales, solution architects, delivery, and marketing teams to craft

compelling proposals and presentations.

- Drive new client acquisition while also hunting for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.

- Keep a close eye on market trends, Salesforce product roadmap, and competitive landscape.

- Maintain strong forecasting discipline and report key metrics to executive leadership.


Requirements:


- 7+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, with at least 5 years selling Salesforce-related services.

- Demonstrated success selling services (not just licenses) in a partner-driven GTM motion.

- Deep familiarity with Salesforce CRM products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.

- Experience working with or alongside Salesforce AEs in the ecosystem.

- Strong commercial acumen and experience negotiating large service contracts.

- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience managing a team, preferably in inside sales or demand generation.


Preferred Skills:


- MBA from IIM or other Tier-1 schools is a plus.

- Prior experience working with Salesforce AEs and partners in India.

- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.

- Domain exposure in HiTech, Healthcare, SaaS, or Manufacturing within the Indian enterprise market.
