Responsibilities:

- Develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy tailored to the organizations current and future needs.

- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and training need identification (TNI) in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Design and recommend learning interventions aligned with organizational goals and talent development priorities.

- Guide the implementation of L&D programs, including vendor selection, content design, delivery methods, and success metrics.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Support leadership and capability development initiatives.

- Identification and implementation of learning technologies, platforms, LMS, AI Tools and best practices in L&D.

- Partner with key stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous learning and growth.

- Mentor and guide internal teams in L&D planning and execution.

- Skill set gap mapping and training path for HiPo/ Critical resources.


Requirements:


- Minimum 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, with proven success in strategic roles.

- Experience in designing and implementing L&D frameworks in mid-to-large-sized organizations.

- Ability to work independently and manage strategic initiatives with limited oversight.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
