
Description:
- Lead and manage multiple IT and digital marketing projects simultaneouslyfrom initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and QA teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions across web development, mobile apps, SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, and emerging technologies like AI and blockchain.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, communication, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and adherence to project goals.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Track progress, identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues proactively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure smooth project delivery across global clients (US, UK, India).
- Support the optimization and improvement of internal project processes and frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- 6+ years of proven experience managing IT & digital marketing projects.
- Strong exposure to client management and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Trello, Odoo, or MS Project.
- Experience in cross-functional team leadership and end-to-end project ownership.
- Hands-on understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, analytics.
