Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate end-to-end IT and Digital Marketing projects under the guidance of senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to drive project success.
- Track timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects meet scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
- Support client communication and act as a point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Prepare project plans, estimations, reports, and documentation while proactively identifying risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Assist in sprint planning, task assignments, and workflow optimization to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in a service-based IT company).
- Understanding of digital marketing processes (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
- Familiarity with web, mobile app, or software development projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Odoo, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
