Job Title: Event Marketing Manager (Education Industry)
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in EdTech, education, or international student mobility
ABOUT US
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Propose the Why, What, When, and Where for each event defining clear objectives, target audience, format (physical, hybrid, or virtual), and expected outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to forecast budget requirements and get necessary approvals.
Event Execution & Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, counselling, admissions) and external stakeholders (university reps, partners, influencers) for seamless delivery.
- Ensure timely communication and alignment among all event participants and stakeholders.
Partnerships & Participation
- Manage all communications, onboarding requirements, and logistics support for international education providers participating in fairs.
Promotion & Lead Generation
- Ensure events are positioned effectively to attract quality student leads and participation.
- Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to track post-event lead conversion and ROI.
Event Tools & Reporting
- Maintain detailed event reports, including feedback, performance metrics, attendance data, and learnings for future events.
Compliance & Student Experience
- Create a professional, informative, and engaging event experience that supports students on their study abroad journey.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in EdTech, education, or international student mobility.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically (and potentially internationally) for event execution.
- A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Very confident and presentable personality.
