Job Description: - National Accounts Management is responsible in driving end to end relationship and business opportunities (revenue, profitability & growth) with large national or regional chain of restaurants [Eg: KFC, McDonalds, HardRock Cafe, CocaCola, Madurai Idli, Haldiram] - Lead a team of Key Account Managers located out of the regional offices who would be managing the accounts - The role holder would be responsible for acquisition, retention of restaurant accounts in India and carry a national target which will flow in to the company target. - Work with City Managers on activating National relationships - The National Account Manager at all times will have to be constantly in touch with all the Account Managers and the customers across India to identify and close national opportunities. - The position is a leadership position in the organization and the National Account Manager would be responsible for all operations across Cities. - The incumbent would need to establish and maintain relationships with account CXO as well as with peers from Customer Service, Finance, Consumer Marketing & IT Key Skills & Experience: - Overall experience of 8-14 years with strong pedigree from Tier 1 institutes - Experience in Key Account in industries like FoodTech, Food, Beverage, FMCG, telecom, consumer durables/non-durables, etc. - In-depth knowledge on enterprise products and solutions. Should be able to understand cross functional responsibilities in order to effectively deliver. - Strong Relationship & People Management Skills - Great networking skills - Experience in managing relationships at CXO level - Strong P&L orientation and managed P&L of over INR 600 crs - Strong analytical skills and orientation to understanding numbers - Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment with a Strong entrepreneurial mindset - Excellent communication skills, Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders. - High stress tolerance levels Role Success factor: You will succeed in this role if you are a highly detail oriented and execution focused, with an aptitude for solving complex problems; you are a skilled and empathetic people leader who can inspire and motivate teams; you understand industry best practice for scaled operations, and can drive best in class execution across
