Restaurant Marketing Lead - Restaurant Brands Pod

Position Overview:


Foodlink F&B Holdings seeks a creative Restaurant Marketing Lead for our Restaurant Brands Pod.

This business-aligned role focuses on local store marketing to drive guest engagement, footfall, and revenue for specific outlets through targeted campaigns, events, and promotions.

You will collaborate closely with Operations teams and Corporate Chef to amplify brand presence at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute outlet-specific marketing campaigns for new launches, menu communication, offers, and promotions calendar to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

- Drive guest engagement through reviews/ratings management, loyalty programs, and personalized communications; monitor feedback and implement improvements.

- Plan and manage local events, activations, and collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and community partners to enhance store visibility and buzz.

- Work hand-in-hand with Operations and Corporate Chef on menu storytelling, seasonal specials, and in-store experiences that align with brand identity.

- Create tailored content for social media, in-store displays, and digital assets; track campaign ROI, footfall uplift, and ratings improvements.

- Manage local marketing budget, vendor partnerships, and promotional materials; prepare performance reports for brand and operations leads.

Qualifications & Experience:


- 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality marketing, with proven local store marketing success (F&B brands preferred).

- Strong understanding of digital tools, social media, influencer marketing, and guest analytics (Google Analytics, review platforms).

- Creative storyteller with experience in promotions, events, and collaborations; hands-on with content creation (Canva/Photoshop a plus).

- Excellent collaboration skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced store environments and align marketing with ops/culinary teams.

- Master's/Bachelor's in Marketing/Business; Hyderabad/Mumbai location flexible based on pod needs
