PR & Collaborations Lead
(China Bistro, India Bistro, Glocal | Banquets & Catering | Chairmans Personal Branding)
Position Overview
Foodlink F&B Holdings seeks a strategic PR & Collaborations Lead to elevate our restaurant brands (China Bistro, India Bistro, Glocal) and banqueting/catering verticals.
This high-impact role manages external communications, influencer partnerships, media relations, and the Chairmans personal branding to drive visibility, credibility, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PR agency relationships, media outreach to food critics, lifestyle journalists, wedding planners, and luxury publications for positive coverage and features.
- Oversee influencer marketing for restaurants and catering events; identify, negotiate, and execute campaigns with food bloggers, lifestyle influencers, and wedding creators.
- Drive strategic brand collaborations, partnerships with hotels, banquet venues, and complementary luxury brands to expand reach and co-create events/offers.
- Enhance Chairmans personal branding through interviews, keynote opportunities, LinkedIn content strategy, thought leadership articles, and high-profile features.
- Coordinate PR for new launches, banqueting milestones, and seasonal campaigns; monitor media sentiment, clippings, and ROI on PR activities.
- Build and maintain media databases, crisis communication protocols, and partnership pipelines; report on PR impact to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years in PR, influencer management, or partnerships within F&B/hospitality/luxury sectors; agency or in-house experience preferred.
- Proven network with food/lifestyle media, wedding industry influencers, and luxury partners; experience managing executive personal branding.
- Strong media relations skills, content strategy expertise (LinkedIn, press releases), and negotiation for collaborations/partnerships.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building abilities; ability to handle high-stakes PR in fast-paced F&B environment.
- Bachelor's/Master's in PR, Communications, Marketing, or related field
