Position: Head of Operations - MICE

Location: Delhi

Role Overview:

The Head of Operations for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) will lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of corporate events, conferences, incentives, and group travel programs. This role requires strategic oversight of all operational aspects to ensure client satisfaction, budget adherence, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end MICE operations, including event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, budgeting, and team management.

- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality client experiences.

- Manage client relationships, understand their requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their event objectives.

- Oversee vendor negotiations and partnerships to secure competitive pricing and superior service.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to maintain high standards and foster a culture of innovation.

- Proactively manage operational risks and client escalations to ensure project continuity and satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor practices to continuously improve service offerings.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety standards for events.

- Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, budgets, and client feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

- 7-10 years of progressive experience in MICE operations, preferably in Delhi.

- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events and group travel.

- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple projects.

- Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools.
