About the Role We are seeking an experienced and articulate Investor Relations Consultant to serve as the strategic link between the company, investors, and analysts.
The role involves managing all aspects of investor communication, financial disclosures, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transparent, compliant, and effective communication of the companys financial performance and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the investment community, including institutional and retail investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
- Prepare, review, and disseminate accurate and timely financial and corporate information through reports, presentations, press releases, and filings.
- Develop and maintain investor communication materials such as quarterly reports, investor decks, and earnings call scripts.
- Organize and coordinate investor meetings, analyst briefings, conference calls, and shareholder events.
- Manage and update the investor relations section of the company website to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Monitor market trends, peer performance, analyst reports, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior management.
- Support the leadership team with data-driven analysis, investor feedback, and recommendations for communication strategies.
- Ensure all external communications comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and stock exchange guidelines.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communications teams to align messaging and disclosures.
- Manage investor relations during sensitive periods, including financial reporting, strategic announcements, or crises, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging.
- Build long-term relationships with investors through trust, transparency, and consistent engagement.
- Track and report on investor perceptions, ownership patterns, and shareholder composition.
- Contribute to the companys reputation management by ensuring proactive, credible, and ethical communication practices.
Required Skillsets:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Proven experience in preparing earnings reports, investor decks, and regulatory disclosures.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEBI, Regulation Fair Disclosure, and global reporting standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and investor behavior.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with analysts, investors, and senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to perform under pressure, particularly during financial reporting or market-sensitive periods
