Job Description: COO Hotel Division

Role Overview

The COO for the hotel division will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive business growth, with a focus on sales expansion and franchising initiatives. This senior executive role demands a strong background in hotel operations, business development, and franchise management to elevate the companys market presence and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the hotel division through direct sales, franchise partnerships, and market penetration.

- Lead day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, quality service delivery, and financial performance.

- Identify and negotiate franchise opportunities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.

- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, partners, and key stakeholders to maximize revenue and brand value.

- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations teams to align resources and strategies for growth and profitability.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt business strategies and improve offerings.

- Oversee recruitment, talent development, and organizational culture to build a high-performing team.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance visibility and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven leadership experience as Cluster or Unit General Manager or similar senior executive roles in the hotel or hospitality sector.

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing franchise operations.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic thinker with capability to translate vision into actionable plans.

- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related

field preferred.


- Willingness to travel as required for business development and franchise oversight.
