About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, drive brand growth, and strengthen consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in strategic marketing leadership, brand building, and data-driven decision-making, particularly within fast-paced consumer-driven industries such as F&B.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets

- Guide brand positioning, awareness, and consistency across digital, social, and traditional platforms

- Lead marketing innovation, product promotions, and go-to-market strategies

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team to achieve business goals

- Collaborate with sales, product development, operations, and R&D for integrated campaigns and messaging

- Establish and manage partnerships with vendors, media, and agencies to enhance brand presence

- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign performance, ROI, and optimize marketing spend

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities

- Drive integrated consumer engagement strategies across channels to build loyalty and retention

- Manage PR, media relations, and brand reputation including crisis communication

- Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and achievement of KPIs

Required Skillsets

- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills

- Proven experience in brand management and growth marketing

- Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and performance-driven campaigns

- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends (F&B preferred)

- Proficiency in data analytics, ROI measurement, and CRM tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong knowledge of PR, media relations, and reputation management

- Ability to drive innovation in marketing strategies and consumer engagement

- Financial acumen to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively
