Role Overview

The Associate Brand Manager will support and drive brand growth across delivery platforms by managing aggregator relationships, optimizing menu and platform visibility, and enhancing customer experience across cloud kitchens and delivery-led formats. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, improving performance metrics, and enabling revenue growth through strategic planning, communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Manage day-to-day relationships with delivery aggregators such as Swiggy, Zomato, DotPe, and Thrive

- Work on premium visibility initiatives including banners, homepage placements, collections, and promotional deals

- Optimize menu listings, product communication, and packaging to enhance brand appeal and delivery experience

- Track, analyze, and improve platform performance metrics including CTR, conversion rate, customer ratings, and reviews

- Build and execute monthly growth calendars aligned with aggregator campaigns and seasonal opportunities

- Implement offline-to-online strategies using QR codes, loyalty programs, CRM integrations, and retention initiatives

- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to integrate delivery promotions with paid media campaigns

- Coordinate with Culinary and Operations teams for new kitchen launches, menu enhancements, and customer experience improvements

- Maintain consistent brand presence on aggregator platforms through updated imagery, descriptions, and hygiene standards

- Own and monitor delivery KPIs including revenue, AOV, order frequency, repeat order rate, and brand visibility

Key Skillsets:

- Strong understanding of aggregator ecosystem (Swiggy, Zomato, DotPe, Thrive)

- Experience in brand management, digital marketing, or performance-driven marketing

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting platform dashboards and KPIs

- Expertise in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and culinary teams

- Creative thinking for packaging design, menu communication, and brand positioning

- Strong project management and planning capabilities

- Familiarity with CRM, O2O strategies, and customer retention frameworks

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and aggregator backend dashboards
