Food & Beverage Manager - Dining Business

We are hiring a senior Food & Beverage Manager for a premium hospitality and multi-concept dining business based in Mumbai (near T1 & T2 Airport Terminals).

This is not a backend operations role.

We are specifically looking for commercially strong hospitality leaders who understand:

Sales. Guest Experience. Brand Building.

ROLE WEIGHTAGE:

- Sales & Marketing - 50%

- Guest Experience & Service Excellence - 30%

- Operations, Leadership & Team Management - 20%

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 10+ years of F&B leadership experience (non-negotiable)

- Strong exposure to premium hotels, luxury restaurants, lifestyle hospitality, or upscale caf brands

- Proven experience managing multi-outlet or multi-concept operations

- Strong commercial orientation with hands-on experience in revenue growth, promotions, and guest engagement

- Experience driving F&B marketing campaigns, digital promotions, influencer tie-ups, and brand activations

- Excellent guest handling capability including VIP guests, events, and private dining experiences

- Strong floor presence, leadership maturity, and team management capability

- Understanding of P&L, budgeting, inventory controls, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:

- Purely operations-focused managers without sales exposure

- Candidates from budget dining / local restaurant formats without premium hospitality exposure

- Candidates without team leadership or guest-facing experience

- Profiles lacking stability in premium hospitality environments

LOCATION:

Mumbai - Preferred candidates residing in Western Suburbs, Central Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or within reasonable commuting distance of T1 & T2 Airport Terminals.
