FNZ Group - Project Analyst - People Function

- We're looking for a practical and people-focused Project Analyst - People to support a range of change and transformation initiatives across our APAC region.

- This role is hands-on, people-first, and pivotal to how we shape our organisation for the future.

- You'll be responsible for supporting projects through from start to finish-bringing together cross-functional teams, managing timelines and risks, and helping to ensure each project lands well with our people and delivers what we've promised.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Drive meaningful change: Support the People workstream of our APAC organisational transformation, helping shape and implement our global footprint strategy and new operating model.

- Project delivery from start to finish: Help to build plans, manage budgets, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure we hit our goals without losing sight of the people impact.

- Work across borders: Bring together remote teams, align with colleagues in emerging markets, and support scalable onboarding and HR processes.

- Support inclusion: Play a part in designing and delivering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace.

- Keep us on track: Monitor risks, manage supplier relationships, ensure operational readiness, and follow through with lessons learned to improve how we do things next time.

- Lead with influence: Guide and motivate a virtual project team, helping everyone stay focused and accountable across different locations and time zones.

What You'll Bring:

- Strong project admin experience, ideally within HR or organisational change.

- Proven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.

- Confidence in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping delivery on course.

- Great communication skills-you'll need to keep people informed, engaged, and aligned.

- Experience working across geographies and with distributed teams.

- A collaborative and grounded leadership style that builds trust and drives outcomes.
