The Role:

Were looking for a designer who sees design as leverage, something that shapes how the world sees us, tells sharper stories, and moves people to act.

Youll lead the brand redesign and visual evolution of FlytBase as a global SaaS platform.

From the website and product visuals to motion campaigns and global launches, youll craft how the Physical AI category looks and feels.

What Youll Own:

- Brand Redesign: Lead the visual rebrand of FlytBase to position it as a category-defining SaaS company.

- Design Systems: Build scalable brand and UI systems that unify marketing, product, and partner ecosystems.

- AI-Native Design: Use the latest AI toolsMidjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Veo 2, to ideate and produce assets at velocity.

- Enterprise Storytelling: Use visuals and motion to explain complex AI and robotics workflows in ways that Fortune 500 decision-makers instantly understand.

- 3D & Motion: Create 3D renders and animated loops to visualize autonomy, AI, and industrial scale.

- Multi-Channel Creative: Drive consistency across digital (web, decks, social), physical (booths, print), and experiential (video, merch) formats.

- Systemized Design: Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and AI workflows that keep quality high and turnaround fast.

- Cross-Functional Translation: Work with Product, AI, and Marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, emotional, and visual stories.

Best Suited For:

- Designers with 5-10 years of experience, including, 3+ years in SaaS or tech-product environments.

- Experience leading or contributing to a brand redesign or building scalable design systems.

- Hands-on skills across 2D, 3D, motion, and print.

- Fluent in Figma, Blender, After Effects, and AI design tools.

- Strong visual sense, typography, layout, composition, and motion.

- Comfortable blending AI + no-code tools to accelerate design and experimentation.

- Thrive in high-speed, AI-native environments where ownership > titles.

- Portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and execution velocity.

- Experience in video generation and editing is a strong plus.
