The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a full-stack Business Development position designed for systems thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers who operate from first principles.
As a Business Development Associate at FlytBase, you will own go-to-market strategy and execution for a specific region or vertical. You will drive enterprise adoption through strategic storytelling, partner ecosystem development, and automation of sales processes using AI. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage enterprise relationships across the customer lifecycle
- Lead product demos, sales conversations, and partner engagements globally
- Run GTM experiments across pricing, messaging, and channel strategy
- Build and automate pipeline workflows using AI-powered tools
- Represent FlytBase at global conferences, trade shows, and virtual events
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate market insights into GTM systems and feedback loops
