Overview Of The Role:

- Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst, Global Frameworks Flutter's Global Risk and Compliance team is at the forefront of developing and implementing our worldwide risk and compliance frameworks and standards.

- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team.

- This is a hands-on analytical role, crucial for generating insightful risk and compliance metrics and delivering bespoke reporting capabilities to the business.

- The reporting generated will be instrumental in informing critical risk and compliance initiatives.

-These initiatives are designed to significantly contribute to our carbon reduction efforts, enhance the sustainability of our facilities' footprint, and improve safety across all our global sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

- Data Collation and Analysis: Systematically gather and analyse data from all corporate divisions to support the definition and continuous refinement of our risk and compliance strategy.

- Metric Identification and Development: Identify and propose effective metrics to measure progress against strategic objectives.

- Process Establishment: Develop and implement robust processes for the ongoing measurement and reporting of risk and compliance progress.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across various regions and global entities, demonstrating exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Communication and Presentation: Clearly communicate and present complex information to diverse audiences, effectively securing buy-in for initiatives.

- Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a dedicated risk and compliance analytical role, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and reporting.

- They should have a strong understanding of risk management principles and compliance frameworks, coupled with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

What You'll Do:

- Work with the Risk and Compliance team to identify and establish effective environmental and safety metrics.

- Work with the CRE Systems team to develop reporting dashboards.

- Liaise with and maintain relationships with strategy and data owners across the Flutter Group and support teams across the business to set up reporting processes.

- Collect, maintain and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for internal reporting.

- Manage the data that sits within Enhesa, ensuring the teams can monitor compliance against standards.

- Manage the location and tiering data for all Flutter locations, keeping them up to date.

- Manage Display Screen Equipment information requests from the business.

- Work with the ErgoIQ tool to ensure as many colleagues in Flutter as possible carry out their Display Screen Equipment training.

- Assist the team with completing ad hoc insight and data requests for the business and from external stakeholders.

- Support the deployment of projects against plans and objectives to ensure commitments are met, delivering against our energy targets.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

- Minimum 4 years' experience as an analyst,

- Previous experience within health and safety a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to tell clear, compelling stories out of complex issues and analysis.

- Influential with great presentation skills.

- Strong IT skills - must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

- Ability to design processes in a face paced environment without a prescribed template.
