RESPONSIBILITIES:
Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB/IG).
- Ensure optimal media mix, targeting, and budget allocation.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize monthly budgets of - 1 Cr+ with accountability on performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, and LTV.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Set up and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and cohort analysis.
- Use tools like GA4, Google Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Excel/Sheets to derive insights and improve campaigns.
P&L Ownership:
- Own the digital P&L. Balance between performance goals and cost-efficiency.
- Forecast revenue from campaigns and align spend with business goals.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with creative, content, CRM, product, and tech teams to align on messaging, landing page performance, and funnel improvements.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
- Run structured tests on creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
Platform & Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated on changes in ad platform policies, algorithm updates, and new features.
- Experiment with new ad formats and channels as appropriate.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
- Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads managing budgets of - 1 Cr/month or more.
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Experience in ecommerce, D2C, or high-growth digital businesses is a plus.
