What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Take complete accountability for the end-to-end sales process, ensuring a seamless journey from Initial Booking Sale Agreement Final Disbursement.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team of at least 5 members to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Strategic Execution: Drive site visits, manage high-value negotiations, and implement conversion-focused sales tactics tailored for a massive township ecosystem.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for premium walk-ins and channel partners, ensuring the projects value proposition is articulated with authority.
- Revenue Growth: Monitor market trends in East Bangalore (Sarjapur, Whitefield, Varthur) to identify new lead channels and maximize inventory absorption.
What We're Looking For:
- The Veteran: Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of proven success specifically in Real Estate Sales.
- The Leader: You have a documented history of managing a team of 5+ members, with the ability to coach them through complex closing scenarios.
- The Linguistic Edge: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of a South Indian language (Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil) is a significant advantage in this market.
- The Go-Getter: You possess a "Strong Ownership" mindset. You dont wait for instructions; you see a bottleneck and fix it.
