Role : HR Business Partner Responsibilities : - Managing end to end employee life cycle for Sales team from Onboarding till separation. - Partnering with leaders and managers to understand business requirements and articulate people priorities. - Driving different engagement initiatives for the team from conceptualization to implementation. - Connecting with employees on regular basis to understand the pulse of the team - Driving adherence to HR Processes in the team - Resolving employee queries & grievances on real-time basis - Performance Management - HR Data reporting and analytics Ideal candidate : - 0-4 year experience in HR Business Partner role in some good evolved startups. - Business Acumen & Data- driven - Excellent communication (both written and verbal) - Solution Oriented - Should be ready to get hands dirty, improve existing processes and bring new processes to increase overall HR efficiency.
