Key Responsibilities:

- Build, streamline, and scale operational processes to ensure efficiency across business units.

- Lead and inspire teams with a balance of empathy and accountability, fostering a results-driven culture.

- Manage workload spikes by proactively identifying solutions-whether by optimizing internal resources or engaging external partners.

- Track and enforce timelines rigorously, ensuring business commitments are met without compromise.

- Continuously review and refine workflows to support rapid business growth and evolving client needs.

- Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategy with overall business goals.

- Act as a hands-on problem solver and decision-maker in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

- 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in fast-scaling or high-growth environments.

- Strong people management skills-able to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.

- A "getting things done" attitude with resourcefulness and execution focus.

- Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to perform under pressure and find quick, effective solutions to operational challenges.

- Experience in tech-enabled, SaaS, or fashion tech-driven, e-commerce businesses is a plus.
