Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager - AI Post-Production to lead workflow transformation initiatives powered by AI and automation technologies.

This role will focus on identifying process improvement opportunities, streamlining operational workflows, and driving the successful implementation of AI-enabled solutions across production environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, a process optimization mindset, and experience working with cross-functional teams to execute transformation programs from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Workflow Transformation:

- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through AI, automation, and workflow optimization initiatives.

- Evaluate existing production and operational processes to uncover bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.

- Develop roadmaps and implementation plans for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize projects based on impact, feasibility, and business objectives.

Project Planning & Execution:

- Manage end-to-end delivery of process transformation initiatives from pilot phase through enterprise rollout.

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.

- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and proactively address blockers to ensure timely execution.

- Establish governance mechanisms, project trackers, and reporting frameworks to maintain visibility across initiatives.

- Coordinate dependencies among operations, production, quality, and technology teams.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes.

- Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and stakeholder meetings.

- Drive collaboration between business users, operational teams, and technology partners.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to leadership teams.

Process Improvement & Change Management:

- Design and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and implementation guidelines.

- Support organizational change management activities to enable smooth adoption of new workflows.

- Develop communication plans and training approaches to improve user engagement and adoption.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within operational teams.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure initiative success.

- Track outcomes related to efficiency gains, productivity improvements, quality enhancements, and user adoption.

- Analyze project results and provide insights to support future optimization initiatives.

- Maintain dashboards and reports to communicate transformation impact to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations, Media, Technology, or a related discipline.

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma will be an advantage.

Experience:

- 6-9 years of experience in project management, process transformation, operations excellence, or workflow optimization roles.

- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.

- Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-led implementation projects.

- Experience working within operations, production environments, creative workflows, or media ecosystems is preferred.
