Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager who has led complex projects end-to-end, strengthened delivery processes, and improved operational efficiency. The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS/startup background, is comfortable working with cross-functional teams, and has experience handling international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to delivery and closure, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.

- Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, data, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Manage enterprise and international stakeholders, ensuring transparency, trust, and clear communication.

- Define project plans, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business goals.

- Deliver secure, scalable onboarding and platform initiatives to support enterprise adoption.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives to automate core operations and reduce manual effort.

- Build standardized dashboards, reporting frameworks, and documentation to track progress and performance.

- Run user trainings and create clear documentation to ensure adoption and long-term scalability.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve them.

- Follow agile best practices to improve delivery speed, predictability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven 4-6 Years of experience as a Project Manager in SaaS and startup environments.

- Strong track record of leading projects, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency.

- Experience working with enterprise and international clients.

- Hands-on exposure to agile / scrum methodologies.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across geographies and functions.

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience working on digital transformation, automation, AI, or data-driven platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent.

- Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms, APIs, AI, blockchain, or automation-led products.

- Prior exposure to global teams and clients across US / Europe / other international markets.
