About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and client-oriented Customer Success Manager with a strong background in the creative, advertising, or design industry.
- The role involves managing international client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
- The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative understanding, and operational excellence to represent our organizations work to global clients and serve as a trusted advisor in all client engagements.
- This role requires someone with a strong sense of ownership, a proactive attitude, and the ability to get things done with precision and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all deliverables.
- Develop a strong understanding of each clients brand, business objectives, and creative needs to deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations across cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, and production.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on trust, transparency, and value creation.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and performance reviews with professionalism and confidence.
- Monitor project performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent quality and timely execution of all creative outputs.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic partnership development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client success within a creative agency, studio, advertising firm or e-commerce organizations.
- Proven experience managing international clients and understanding of cross-cultural communication dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative and operational teams.
- Advanced excel skills required.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
