Head of Corporate Strategy & Strategic Finance

FlixStock is an AI-native visual content technology company transforming how fashion and retail brands create, scale and manage visual commerce content.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a senior leader to work closely with the Founder/CEO and play a key role across fundraising, strategic finance, corporate strategy and high-impact growth initiatives. The role requires a strong combination of financial depth, commercial judgment and hands-on execution.

What You'll Own:

- Lead fundraising initiatives end-to-end, including investor narrative, materials, financial modelling, investor engagement, diligence and process management.

- Build and own strategic financial models, business scenarios and performance insights to support growth and capital decisions.

- Translate the company's business, technology, customer proposition and market opportunity into a compelling investment and growth narrative.

- Engage with investors, bankers, advisors and strategic partners as part of strategic and capital initiatives.

- Drive initiatives across growth, pricing, market expansion, product positioning, partnerships and capital strategy.

- Develop market and competitive intelligence across AI, enterprise technology, retail tech, eCommerce and visual commerce.

- Partner cross-functionally with business, product, technology and finance teams on strategic priorities and special projects.

What We're Looking For:

- 6 - 12+ years of experience across startup strategy, Founder's Office, strategic finance, investment banking, VC/PE/growth equity, corporate development or similar roles.

- Demonstrated experience leading fundraising processes end-to-end for a startup or growth-stage business.

- Strong financial modelling, analytical and investor storytelling capabilities.

- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to connect business strategy, financial performance and market opportunity.

- Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

- Exposure to AI, SaaS, enterprise technology, retail/eCommerce or marketplaces is preferred.

- Experience working with international investors or an ex-founder/startup operator background is a strong advantage.

The Ownership Bar:

This is a high-ownership, execution-oriented role. We are looking for someone who has personally driven fundraising processes - not only supported or coordinated them - and can combine strategy, financial depth and investor communication to help shape the company's next phase of growth.
