FlixStock - Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Analyst with strong expertise in cost analysis, budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning to drive data-backed decision-making across the organization.

The role requires a professional who can analyze financial performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support business growth through actionable insights, particularly at the product and SKU level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed cost analysis at product and SKU level to identify margin improvement and operational efficiency opportunities.

- Monitor and control budgets across functions and proactively highlight variances and deviations.

- Prepare budget versus actual variance analysis and present findings to senior management.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance MIS reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.

- Manage forex transactions, exposure tracking, and related accounting processes.

- Support accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

- Assist in tax and accounting compliance activities across multiple geographies, including Poland, Singapore, and the USA.

- Recommend cost control measures and revenue optimization initiatives based on financial analysis.

- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and leadership teams to gather financial inputs and improve reporting effectiveness.

- Support financial planning, forecasting, and periodic business reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.

- 4-7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, costing, MIS, or accounting roles.

- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.

- Hands-on experience in product-level and SKU-level costing analysis.

- Exposure to international accounting and taxation practices, particularly in Poland, Singapore, and/or the USA, will be an advantage.

- Prior experience in a technology, AI, SaaS, or service-based organization is preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.

- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
