Role Description:

We are looking for a highly ownership-driven Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of customer pilots at FlixStock. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in ecommerce operations, client delivery, and execution management, who can seamlessly manage customer expectations while driving internal teams toward high-quality and timely delivery. You will work closely with customers, understand pilot objectives, coordinate execution across teams, review output quality, and ensure successful pilot completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own pilot execution from customer brief to final delivery.

- Understand customer expectations, success metrics, and delivery timelines.

- Coordinate across operations, production, catalog, content, and client-facing teams.

- Ensure execution quality and adherence to delivery benchmarks.

- Review outputs before final submission to customers.

- Track timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and drive accountability across teams.

- Maintain smooth communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

- Build scalable processes and improve pilot execution workflows.

Ideal Candidate:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in ecommerce operations, client delivery, project execution, or marketplace operations.

- Prior experience in high-growth startups, ecommerce brands, marketplaces, SaaS, or operations-heavy businesses.

- Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.

- High attention to detail and quality orientation.

- Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.

- Strong ownership mindset with bias for action.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
