Role Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Director who brings together big-picture thinking, strong visual sensibility, and leadership excellence.
The ideal candidate has grown within creative/advertising agencies, has hands-on experience working with international clients, and has successfully led multidisciplinary creative teams including photographers and video editors.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, with high ownership of creative quality and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the overall creative vision across campaigns, brands, and platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of photographers, video editors, designers, and creatives.
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts and storytelling frameworks.
- Act as a client-facing lead, presenting ideas, managing feedback, and building long-term client trust.
- Ensure all creative output meets high standards of aesthetics, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end creative execution across digital, video, social, print, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with strategy, account management, and production teams to deliver impactful work.
- Guide shoots, video productions, and post-production workflows to ensure creative excellence.
- Stay updated with global creative trends, visual styles, and storytelling formats.
- Balance creativity with timelines, budgets, and delivery expectations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven experience working with international clients and global brands.
- Strong leadership experience managing photographers, video editors, and creative teams.
- Excellent visual, storytelling, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Confident and articulate client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading campaigns across digital, social, video, and brand platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced agency environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on global or cross-cultural campaigns.
- Exposure to premium, D2C, lifestyle, fashion, tech, or brand-led businesses.
- Strong understanding of production workflows, shoots, and post-production processes.
- Experience collaborating with international stakeholders across time zones.
