KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Execution & Management

- Lead end-to-end execution of turnkey commercial interior projects from client handover to completion.

- Oversee on-site operations, enforce timelines, quality benchmarks, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards as per UAE compliance.

- Implement robust project management processes to ensure cost and time efficiency.

Team & Vendor Coordination

- Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, local authorities, and service providers.

- Drive coordination between internal design, procurement, and project management teams and external stakeholders.

- Establish strong vendor/contractor partnerships to ensure reliable delivery across multiple projects.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary client contact during project execution.

- Provide regular updates, proactively manage escalations, and deliver projects aligned with client expectations.

- Collaborate with leadership to position FlipSpaces as a trusted partner in the UAE market.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

- 12-15 years of experience in project/operations management within the UAE commercial interiors and fit-out industry.

- Proven track record of leading turnkey execution for offices, coworking spaces, retail, or institutional projects.

- Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements, permits, and compliance processes.

- Extensive local network of vendors, contractors, and consultants.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale, high-value projects.
