Role Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President - Key Accounts (UAE) to spearhead enterprise client acquisition, lead generation, and strategic account management in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have extensive UAE market experience, preferably with a reputed IPC (CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Knight Frank, etc.) or large design-build firm, and possess deep relationships with CXOs, corporate real estate heads, developers, and landlords. This role will be pivotal in positioning FlipSpaces as a preferred design & build partner in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation:
- Identify, target, and generate qualified leads among large enterprises (MNCs, Fortune 1000, BFSI, Technology, Retail, etc.) for workplace and commercial interior projects.
- Map new developments, leasing activities, and relocation opportunities across UAE free zones and commercial hubs.
- Build and maintain a robust prospecting pipeline aligned with Flipspaces' target sectors.
Market Intelligence & Partnerships:
- Leverage existing IPC relationships, landlord networks, and UAE brokerage ecosystems to source high-value opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen ties with developers, co-working operators, and asset managers.
- Stay ahead of UAE CRE market trends, compliance, and sustainability benchmarks.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Drive CXO and senior leadership-level engagements with prospective and existing clients.
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and proposal discussions with a strong design-led sales approach.
- Manage strategic key accounts to ensure retention and repeat business.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal design, operations, and project delivery teams to craft solutions aligned with client needs.
- Provide feedback to marketing and strategy teams to refine UAE-specific go-to-market approaches.
- Support leadership in positioning Flipspaces as a thought leader in design-tech in the UAE market.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12-15 years of business development / key account management experience in commercial real estate leasing, design-build, or allied industries.
- Strong network of corporate real estate decision-makers, IPCs, developers, and landlords in the UAE.
- Proven track record of generating and closing multi-million AED turnkey projects.
- Deep understanding of UAE leasing cycles, free zone regulations, and corporate real estate practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
