Your Mission:
As the VP / Director of Strategic Initiatives & Transformations, you'll be the CEO's right hand in owning the company's highest-priority key initiatives across business performance, investor relations, M&A, and internal transformation. You will drive 0- 1 initiatives, ensure their execution at speed, and embed them into the organization via the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.
Lead Strategic Initiatives & Internal Transformation:
- Anchor company-wide transformation mandates across departments from idea to full execution.
- Build and deploy OKRs, KPI frameworks, and SOPs to scale initiatives sustainably.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, design interventions, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Act as a "Strategy Owner" - owning measurable success outcomes until handover.
- Champion scalable internal systems, digitization, and new business capabilities.
Strategy, Execution & Decision Enablement:
- Operate as a strategy + execution leader - integrating thinking with action.
- Act as an internal consultant solving business-critical problems with speed and structure.
- Provide weekly updates to the CEO with insights, red flags, and performance summaries.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and review systems to manage initiative velocity.
Investor, M&A, and External Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the Founder's delegate for investor conversations, board communications, and due diligence.
- Lead the preparation of investor MIS, strategic business updates, and board decks.
- Identify and assess M&A opportunities, lead due diligence coordination, and support integration.
- Manage high-value external relationships on behalf of the CEO - including ecosystem partners
You Bring:
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIM, ISB, or global equivalent),
- 15-20 years of experience in Strategy / Chief of Staff / Founder's Office / Management Consulting.
- Strong exposure to investor relations, board management, and M&A due diligence.
- Ability to drive cross-functional outcomes through influence, structure, and urgency.
- Excellent business acumen with a sharp analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Strong communication skills - confident in engaging CXOs, investors, and boards.
- Experience operating in high-growth or startup environments preferred.
