ABOUT THE ROLE

Designation: Vice President Channel Sales

Experience

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in:


- Commercial real estate


- IPCs


- Interior design & build


- Workspace solutions


- B2B enterprise sales

- Strong network in CRE ecosystem (brokers, developers, IPCs, landlords).

- Proven track record of generating business through partnerships and alliances.

- Experience owning P&L/Revenue functions preferred.

Role Overview

The Head of Channel Sales will spearhead Flipspaces offline demand generation engine by building, nurturing, and scaling a high-quality ecosystem of brokers, real estate developers, IPCs, consultants, key accounts, and institutional partners.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for generating predictable and high-value business opportunities through structured partnerships and long-term relationship management. The role involves working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts, Operations, and Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy & Ecosystem Development

- Build the complete offline channel acquisition roadmap for India & UAE markets.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with:


- Brokers (CRE, local & global)


- IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman, Colliers etc.)


- Real estate developers


- Coworking operators


- Project consultants & PMCs


- Vendor and industry associations

- Establish a structured engagement calendar: meetings, trainings, office visits, incentive programs, etc.

2. Lead Generation & Revenue Ownership

- Build and deliver a stable pipeline contributing 4060% of overall business acquisition.

- Drive lead quality, lead velocity, and lead conversion metrics.

- Ensure timely and accurate lead handover to BD teams.

- Track conversions and optimise channels based on ROI.

3. Key Accounts & Enterprise Relationship Management

- Own engagement with large corporates, repeat clients, and enterprise accounts.

- Build a long-term Key Accounts funneltargeting companies with >200 seats and repeat expansion needs.

- Maintain CXO-level relationships to increase share-of-wallet from existing clients.

4. Partnerships & Events

- Expand Flipspaces presence in the CRE ecosystem via:


- Industry events


- Developer meets


- IPC partner programs


- Trade shows and networking forums (India & Dubai)

- Build strategic alliances to generate high-value deal flow.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Build and lead a team of Channel Managers & Key Accounts Managers.

- Work with the Marketing team for joint GTM initiatives.

- Coordinate with BD heads for opportunity distribution and alignment.

- Collaborate with the Strategy team to measure channel performance and improve processes.

6. Reporting, Analytics & Process Management

- Maintain a structured MIS for tracking:


- Leads generated per channel


- Conversion rates


- Revenue contribution


- Time-to-close


- Partner incentive costs

- Implement channel performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.
