C. Role Overview

As a senior leader in our GTM org, you'll own revenue growth through high-ticket B2B sales (- 5-50 Cr/project). This role is a hybrid of sales strategy, CXO engagement, P&L ownership, and team leadership - with full autonomy to drive outcomes and build Flipspaces' next growth wave.

D. What You'll Do

Own the Revenue Function

- Lead the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closure - for large-scale commercial interior projects.

- Target and convert enterprise accounts across Tech, BFSI, Startups, CRE, and Co-working.

- Design growth roadmaps by vertical/geography and execute against aggressive targets.

Build Relationships That Last

- Engage CXOs, Admin Heads, Founders, and CRE leaders across deal stages.

- Drive account expansion, upsells, and referrals through deep engagement.

- Be the trusted partner from concept to execution.

Be Data-Obsessed

- Leverage CRM insights, pipeline analytics, and forecasting to inform strategy.

- Monitor key sales metrics - velocity, win rates, margins - and course-correct fast.

- Bring rigor to commercials, proposals, and client communication.

Own the P&L

- Track and manage project-level costing, pricing, and contribution margins.

- Work with finance to align billing, revenue recognition, and receivables.

- Flag risks early, control overruns, and protect profitability.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

- Partner with design, tech, procurement, and project teams for seamless execution.

- Facilitate client design walkthroughs and workshops alongside creative teams.

- Align HR/talent hiring with business ramp-up needs.

Build Strategic Channels

- Partner with developers, brokers, IPCs, and CRE platforms to drive lead flow.

- Expand our partner ecosystem across emerging cities and verticals.

- Launch channel incentive programs and co-branded engagement strategies.

Lead a Rockstar Team

- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team from Tier-1 colleges and top CRE backgrounds.

- Enable consultative selling, best-in-class CRM usage, and tech-led pitches.

- Represent Flipspaces at key industry forums, events, and panels.

E. You Bring

- 15+ years in enterprise B2B sales - ideally in commercial interiors, workspace solutions, or real estate services.

- Proven experience closing large deals (- 20-50 Cr+) with CXO stakeholders.

- Tier-1 education pedigree (IIT, IIM, ISB, etc.) is a plus.

- Strong commercial acumen, leadership presence, and storytelling skills.

- Experience in fast-growth, tech-forward, or startup ecosystems is a big bonus.
